OUR PROCESS:
FROM QUOTE TO INSTALLATION

At CSSF, we believe a project runs smoother when everyone knows what to expect. That’s why we follow a simple, transparent process from the moment you contact us to the day your project is installed.

Step 1:
CONSULTATION & qUOTE
We start by listening. Tell us what you need, whether it’s a single bench, a canopy, or a full kitchen fit out. We provide a clear, itemised quote so you know exactly what’s included.
Step 2:
DESIGN & SHOP DRAWINGS
Our in-house engineer and design team translate your requirements into detailed shop drawings for your review and approval. If required we will arrange a site visit at this stage, to ensure accurate fabrication and to help catch pinch points before work begins.
Step 3:
FABRICATION IN OUR WORKSHOP
With CNC laser cutting and brake press facilities, we build your stainless-steel components to specification. Our tradesmen focus on durability, hygiene, and precision.
Step 4:
QUALITY CHECK & FINISHING
Our in-house engineer and design team translate your requirements into detailed shop drawings for your review and approval. If required we will arrange a site visit at this stage, to ensure accurate fabrication and to help catch pinch points before work begins.
Step 5:
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Our team organises delivery and, if required, installation on site. We coordinate with builders, shopfitters, and refrigeration mechanics to minimise disruption.
Step 6:
PROJECT SIGN OFF
We make sure everything fits, functions, and looks as expected. Only once you’re satisfied do we consider the project complete.
